At SwissNutri.ch, a range of secure payment methods is available to you. All payments are processed via certified providers that meet high security standards.

Accepted payment methods

We accept the following payment options:

TWINT – Make fast and straightforward payments using your mobile device.

Credit card – We accept Visa and MasterCard (credit and debit cards).

PayPal – Pay securely using your PayPal account.

Invoice (purchase on account) – You will receive the invoice by email as well as in printed form inside your parcel. Payment can be made conveniently within 20 days of receiving the goods.

No additional fees are charged for any of the available payment methods.

Payment by invoice

If you choose payment by invoice, your order is generally processed and dispatched immediately. You will receive the invoice both by email (PDF) and in printed form with your delivery.

The payment period is 20 days from the invoice date. Please observe the payment deadline stated on the invoice. Late payments may incur reminder fees. Outstanding invoices may be transferred to a debt collection agency.

Invoices and order confirmation

After completing your order, you will receive:

An order confirmation by email with all order details. An invoice as a PDF by email. A printed invoice included in the parcel.

Your security is our highest priority. All payments are processed through certified payment providers that comply with high Swiss and international security standards.

All transactions are SSL encrypted. We do not store any credit card or payment information on our servers. Your payment data is processed exclusively by the respective payment providers. We comply with the applicable requirements of Swiss data protection law.

Value added tax

All prices on our website include the applicable Swiss value added tax. No additional taxes or customs duties apply, as we deliver exclusively within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein.
