These GTC govern the contractual relationship between Swiss Nutri GmbH and its customers (“you” or “the customer”) and form an integral part of every contract concluded via the website.

Purchases are permitted only for persons aged 18 or older.

4. Compliance with Health Claims Regulations

All health-related information on this website complies with the applicable regulations of the Federal Food Safety and Veterinary Office (FSVO). We do not make prohibited or misleading health claims and ensure that all statements are scientifically supported and compliant with the Foodstuffs Act (FSA) and the Ordinance on the Use of Health Claims (HCVO).

Complete ingredient lists and allergen information are provided on each product page and on product packaging. Customers should review this information before purchasing or using a product.

6. Usage Restrictions and Medical Advice

Our products are not intended to replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have health conditions, please consult your doctor or pharmacist before using our products.

7. Storage Instructions

Products should be stored in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight, and kept out of reach of children. Always follow the specific storage and shelf-life instructions on the product label.

8. Age Restriction

The sale of our products is restricted to individuals aged 18 and older. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and will use the products as food supplements.

Section 3: Purchase and Contract Terms

9. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to enter into a purchase contract. The contract is concluded once you receive an order confirmation by email.

Swiss Nutri GmbH reserves the right to refuse orders without providing reasons.

10. Prices

All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown separately during the order process. An invoice is included with the delivery and also sent by email.

11. Payment Terms

Payments may be made via TWINT, VISA and MasterCard. We reserve the right to report fraudulent orders to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

Invoices are payable upon receipt. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge reminder fees of CHF 15 to CHF 30 per reminder. Continued non-payment may result in the claim being handed over to a debt collection agency.

12. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver exclusively within Switzerland.

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. The estimated delivery time is generally 2–3 working days from order confirmation but may be extended due to circumstances beyond our control.

Delays may result from production shortages, stock limitations, holidays, supplier issues, force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of significant delays, we will notify you where possible.

Shipping costs are displayed during the order process. Risk passes to the customer once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier. Incorrect or incomplete address details may lead to non-delivery without entitlement to reimbursement of shipping costs or a repeat delivery.

13. Product Availability and Substitution Policy

We reserve the right to replace unavailable products with equivalent or higher-value alternatives.

14. Resale Restriction

Customers are prohibited from reselling or distributing our products without prior written approval. Pharmacies, retailers and distributors interested in partnerships should contact us directly.

15. Limitation of Liability for Food Supplements

Swiss Nutri GmbH is not liable for adverse reactions or improper use. Customers are responsible for verifying the compatibility of ingredients with their individual health conditions.

17. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

No general right of return is granted. Please refer to our Return Policy. Returns due to personal intolerance or allergies are only refunded if agreed upon in writing.

You can contact us by email at support@swissnutri.ch. For data protection reasons, we do not offer telephone support. Please use the same email address you used for your order and include your order number.

Section 5: Legal Provisions

19. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the Canton of Schwyz, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

20. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Swiss Nutri GmbH or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

21. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-fulfilment caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes and similar events.

22. Severability Clause

If any provision of these GTC is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. The invalid provision will be replaced by a legally permissible one that most closely reflects the original intent.

23. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these GTC at any time. The version valid at the time of the order applies. Significant changes will be communicated on the website or by email.

24. Language

The contractual language is German. In the event of discrepancies between translations of these GTC, the German version shall prevail.

25. Customer Feedback and Data Use

By submitting feedback, you grant Swiss Nutri GmbH the right to use it for marketing and communication purposes, either anonymously or in accordance with your consent.

26. Communication with Influencers

We are not responsible for statements made by influencers unless such statements have been approved in advance or contractually agreed in writing.
