Shipping and Delivery

Within Switzerland, all orders are shipped with Swiss Post. Processing takes place immediately, and delivery usually reaches you within 1–2 working days from the date of purchase. The estimated delivery time is therefore around 2 working days from the purchase date. A shipping fee of CHF 4.95 applies to every order.

If your delivery does not arrive

If you do not receive your order within 8 calendar days of the purchase date, please contact us promptly via our website. We will carefully review the case and do our best to provide an appropriate solution.

If we do not hear from you within 14 days of the shipping date, we will assume that your parcel has been received correctly.

Responsibility after dispatch

Delivery is deemed to have taken place once the products have left our warehouse and been handed over to Swiss Post. From that point, you are responsible for accepting the delivery properly.

Note on invoicing

It is possible that you may receive an invoice before your delivery has arrived. This occurs automatically and is entirely outside our control, as invoicing is processed independently of the delivery status.
